Purchase Orders A-Plus accepts purchase orders from governments and educational facilities. You must email all purchase order requests to tom@apluscopiers.com. No purchase order will be accepted without email. Please use the following check list to help identify the information that must be on the purchase order.

  • First and last name of person placing order
  • Phone number of person placing order (you will be contacted)
  • Complete billing address
  • Complete ship to address (indicate if same as billing)
  • Terms - Net 30
  • FOB - Shipping Point

Local Shipping Option
Orders are shipped by A-Plus at no charge unless other method is preferred. (The no charge shipping applies to customers that are with-in 35 miles of A-Plus Offices. Please note that deliveries are made the next day if in-stock, and 2 to 3 days if need to be ordered.)
Regular Shipping Option
Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service unless other method is preferred. (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.)

Second Day Cautionary Note!
Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock parts might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by UPS) to arrive in two business days.



Truck Freight Shipments
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $33.50 and $50 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) A-PLUS WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FREIGHT EXPENSE.


Orders over 10 lbs.
Orders over 10 lbs are subject to shipping charges. A-Plus will charge actual UPS shipping charge to packages that are in excess of 10 lbs. The customer will be notified of any additional shipping charges before shipping. Warning: If you are not notified, the shipping charge will be what reflects on your notification by e-mail.


Back Orders

Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us. Usually we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!

Sales Tax

Maryland residents add 5% state sales tax.

Other state, no Sales Tax will be added to your order.


Return Policy

Our exchange policy is simple,
Dear Valued Customer:
Our goal at A-Plus is your 100% satisfaction. We believe in good old fashioned service, regardless of the size of your purchase.
And we understand that occasionally a product is defective when it arrives to you and will require some special attention, therefore we will gladly return it for exchange.
I respectfully ask only that you be fair with us when returning products for exchange. That means returning products to us complete and in new condition.
Our ability to bring you quality products at low prices depends on fair and honest dealings. Incomplete or used returns have increased our costs, and I regret that returns will only be processed if the instructions on this page are followed.

All exchanges:
  • Must be authorized by A-Plus Copiers before return. Call us at 410-679-2515. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

  • Special order items(NOT ADVERTISED ON OUR WEB SITE,) are not returnable. Call for authorization.

  • Merchandise items must be in new condition, within its undamaged original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged..
